Refund policy

Returns are handled within 30 days of delivery, and in most cases you do not need to send anything back. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method — your choice. For all other returns (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue store credit for the purchase price once your return request is approved.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must still be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
