Ordering & Shipping
How fast will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most orders ship from our U.S.-based fulfillment network and arrive within 5–10 business days after processing. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it’s on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location, so you’ll always see the exact cost before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it door to door.
Do you ship to my location?
Enter your address at checkout and we’ll show you the shipping options available for your location before you pay anything.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email us first at larkhound.co@gmail.com with your order number. Because our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners rather than a Larkhound warehouse, we’ll review your request and send you specific return instructions.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us photos of the item and your order number as soon as you can. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund — no return shipping required on our error.
Products & Bundles
What’s the difference between Trailhead and Basecamp?
Trailhead is our travel and car-gear line — seat covers, hammocks, window barriers, and everything that makes the ride easier. Basecamp is our grooming and clean-up line — hair removal, bath gear, nail care, and paw cleaning. Between the two, you’re covered from driveway to trailhead and back.
Do the kits save me money?
Yes. Every kit bundles gear we’d recommend buying together at a lower price than purchasing each piece separately. The savings are shown on each kit’s product page.
Are your products durable enough for real outdoor use?
We choose gear built for actual trips and actual dogs — not just a photo shoot. Materials and care instructions are listed on each product page so you know exactly what you’re getting.
Payment & Order Changes
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards along with the other payment options shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
Email us right away at larkhound.co@gmail.com. Because processing starts quickly, we can’t guarantee a change once an order is submitted, but we’ll do what we can if you reach us fast.
